ICW Group interview questions

There was an initial phone interview with recruiter. A test was required to do a personality assessment. This was followed by an on-site interview with managers. A subsequent remote panel interview was then with arranged with the team. Several weeks until hearing back that they were interested.

Applied online and had my first interview the next week, then interview two and three the week after that. overall the interview process was easy but felt drawn out, managers seemed not to be on the same page.
