      *work from home *4 weeks PTO

      Cons

      *micromanagement *unreasonable expectations *low pay *you'll be undervalued and disrespected *you'll be made to feel guilty about taking PTO *you'll be worked to the bone I have worked for several companies in my 11 years of experience, and this is by far the most unhappy place I have ever worked in. I have come to learn that the bigger the company is, the more likely you are just a number. Your work will NOT be appreciated.

      Pros

      Strong Leadership, Fair/Average compensation, Thrive Program (company strives to keep you employeed as Sponsor reallocations occur)

      Cons

      HR is very hands off. It is very difficult to speak to anyone. Not simple to call and ask a question. Everything has to go through a portal. This is challenging when there is time sensitive needs. They make it work but in my opinion, this is a 'con'.
