      Pros

      Very chaotic environment and doesn’t provide a good learning experience for CRAs. They move people in and out so quickly with their high turnover that no one is proficient with their job. Also, the CEO is shady. Cut everyone’s pay due to COVID for months, but in the monthly company updates would brag about how many new studies they have. Awful morale and culture at ICON overall.Gave two stars because there are some nice people there and pay and benefits are competitive in the industry.

      Really great manager. Remote work major plus. No micro management. Great pay

      Annual salary increase this year isn't until September which is odd.

      Pros

      Great team up to director level. Good place to start career, however not many open positions in US

      Cons

      Contracts are often unclear not including all needed services, leading to financial overburn. The company relies on multiple tracking systems, creating inefficiencies and frustrations for employees, and prioritizes hiring in low-cost regions, which are known for high employee turnover.
