      Pros

      Highly intelligent and motivated people. Excellent facilities. Good pay.

      Cons

      As they grow they are losing their ability to look after the needs of their staff. Focus on financial efficiency and results at any cost are stressing people out and making it hard to feel appreciated or motivated. Moving a lot of their work to India and Philippines to reduce costs - so job security in EU and US is not great.

      Pros

      Strong Leadership, Fair/Average compensation, Thrive Program (company strives to keep you employeed as Sponsor reallocations occur)

      Cons

      HR is very hands off. It is very difficult to speak to anyone. Not simple to call and ask a question. Everything has to go through a portal. This is challenging when there is time sensitive needs. They make it work but in my opinion, this is a 'con'.
