Pros
Perhaps the time flexibility and a family atmosphere sometimes and a nice corporate office. Folks are friendly and depending on the department helpful.
Cons
Do not know where to begin. Constant firings and employee turnover and no loyalty given to even long-term dedicated employees. Everyone is dispensible. Compensation very low and no room for any advancement. Very poor management at the top which is also constantly changing. Many factors combining to create constant stress for everyone.
