I.C. System interview questions

The interview process was very easy. The HR team contacted me and we set up an interview over the phone. When I arrived my interviewer was waiting for me. She was friendly, upbeat and spoke so highly of the company. The interview turned into more of a conversation and she made me feel so comfortable!

Very thorough and friendly interview process. I liked being able to hear a real collections call to give me an idea of how the calls work and view the company software.
