Pros
Humana has great benefits for employees. You can earn points which turn in to cash by keeping healthy and setting goals. I got a fit bit.surge this way at no cost to me. You can work from home so no more traffic jams.lots of opportunities to move around in company.
Cons
Computer and phones go down a lot which can be very frustrating. The work load is never ending. Policies change very quickly . A lot to keep up with and not alot of support.
