Pros
has about the same benefits as other insurance companies
Cons
Very expensive high deductible group health plan before they will cover anything $1000! A small fortune! Lower pay than other companies. Some of these positive reviews must be fake because Humana just is not a good place to work. All your phone calls are recorded. In addition they have silent monitoring like Big Brother. If they don't like what they hear you can be fired. A lot of the managers micromanage their associates like mine did. So they will ask you frequently about cases you have worked on and what you did. Meanwhile this is all recorded in the system. When I told them about it in the exit interview HR said "Oh that's just her style." HR backs management not the worker. So if you have a bad boss there is no help for you. Do not work here! There is little room for promotion.
