Pros
Humana is the rare type of company that truly seems to care for its employees. Work/life balance is tremendous and the culture is focused on well being. Benefits and pay are great and the company is always looking for ways to improve. I've only been here a short while but I have every intention of retiring here.
Cons
The insurance industry is very cyclical so layoffs are always on the horizon at the end of every year. Work from home policy is wildly inconsistent from one team to the next. If you work in downtown Louisville then parking will be an adventure.
