Pros

Good relationship between staff and management. Managers are friendly and respect the employees. Schedule flexibility, autonomy. Medical Center cafeteria is wonderful. Patients and their families see the staff with respect.

Cons

Electronic charting is not user friendly. Not so good Interdisciplinary team approach(case managers, social workers avoid their responsibilities and are not held accountable for that).
