Pros

Benefits are good, bonuses are good, good pay depending on why department. 403 b is good. Tuition reimbursement is great

Cons

Not enough pto. "paid holidays" sick days are all from one same pto bank. Management doesn't like for people to move on up when it's time, if you are a valuable employee to them.

Pros

Great organization to grow professionally in healthcare operations. Strong focus on patient care, quality, innovation, and leadership development. I’ve gained valuable experience in physician support, operations, workflow improvement, and cross-functional collaboration while working with talented teams and leaders.

Cons

Fast-paced environment with high expectations and increasing responsibilities. At times, leadership roles can feel under-titled compared to the level of operational work being performed. Work-life balance can also be challenging during staffing shortages, major initiatives, or clinic transitions.
