Pros
Values employees, work-life balance, feel proud working here. Nurses are recognized and appreciated and it shows. Have not worked for a better hospital.
Cons
There is always going to be staffing problems, shortage of nurses some days, shortage of beds some days... THat is just part of being in a hospital environment.
