Pros

Everyone is friendly. Constant hours. Direct supervisors are very nice and reasonable.

Cons

Upper level management loves to micromanage, but somehow is still so out of touch with everything. Vastly underpaid for your qualifications, and overworked at times. Lots of turnover and surprise additional assignments

Pros

Homelink truly lives its values, putting both clients and employees first. Leadership is supportive, approachable, and always open to new ideas. The team environment is collaborative, with a strong focus on personal and professional growth. It's rewarding to work for a company that makes a real difference in people's lives.

Cons

I have no negative comments at this time.

Pros

The company offers the ability to work from home. PTO is generous and the benefits package is solid compared to industry standards. These aspects help ease some of the daily stress and used to be part of what made the company a great place to work.

Cons

The work environment has changed dramatically. Expectations shift constantly, with little to no communication or transparency. Employees are being asked to take on more and more responsibilities without additional support, training, or compensation. Goals are often unrealistic and based on factors outside of an employee’s control, yet write ups and formal warnings are issued when those goals aren’t met. Morale has taken a major hit, and many feel undervalued, overworked, and replaceable.
