Pros

Decent Pay package and benefits. Diverse and multicultural colleagues. Chances for progression/internal jobs availability to move up the grade.

Cons

Very disorganised and the budget and funding are not channelled at the right avenue, such as high quality training, tooling/equipment, diagnostic laptops etc. Nepotism which pretty much exists in most company, is sadly also present here. Very poor communication among different department. Dissemination of important technical and engineering information is difficult to obtain. Not much feeling of being appreciated and sometimes very mundane and repetitive task can demotivate. Higher management does not seem to care about the workers.

Plenty of projects to keep you busy and interested.

Cons

The Pittsburgh office ran really well with Remote work, now they're becoming Big Brother.

Pros

Nice location near downtown and Southside. Half the building has a view of the river. Benefits are competitive (medical, dental, vision). Free garage parking across the street.

Cons

The employee perks have continuously declined over time. They used to have a nice catered Christmas party that disappeared during the pandemic and never returned. They used to have a common sense policy for meals while traveling, but that was just replaced with limits for each meal that are inadequate if you are traveling to a major city. They are also starting to track how many days each person comes to the office and seem to value that more than the results produced by each person. The company also does not reward people for going above and beyond, such as working significant overtime, working night shift at site, etc.
