Pros
Occasional company outings, travel opportunities (i.e. attend airshows, etc), bonuses, schedule flexibility, growth opportunities, snacks, new and up-to-date equipment.
When I started working for Hilton Software, it was clear to me that the company has a "work hard, play hard" culture and that is one the things that captured my attention. I was introduced to different jobs very early and I had never experienced a company that sees its employees as people and not mere employees or numbers. It is the type of place you don't dread coming to on Monday morning. Since I have been here, I have been able to travel to different places, participated in events such as scuba diving and restaurant outings, not to mention the company often offers lunch when the there is a "long" day ahead. Just like any other company, there is always room for improvement and I have noticed management has evolved during the time I have been here. The company is definitely growing and is a place where a job can quickly become a career.
Another great aspect is that they are not too strict as far as scheduling as long as you are doing your job in a timely fashion and are able to deliver your tasks. Overall, my experience has been nothing but pleasant with the company. I have recommended this company to friends in the past and will continue to do so as new opportunities emerge.
