Pros
Great historical brand - proud to represent our properties Generally nice people with many who have been around for years Hybrid work environment that’s relatively flexible Amazing travel perks Good pay Strong PTO and benefits offering
Cons
Has so much potential but serious structure and organizational dysfunction will be this company’s downfall. Turnover is extremely high at the moment, even at the top. Quiet layoffs and reorgs without clear reasons are pushing people out. Marketing is having a serious identity crisis with leaders pointing fingers and flip flopping strategy every week. Mid level and below are full of “yes” men - just wanting you to put up and shut up so they can look good, just to throw you to the wolves when someone disagrees. It’s apparent that there’s disconnect every which way you turn and everyone is looking elsewhere. Internal growth is slim to none with hardly any roles open across the entire organization - it’s been this way for over a year. Staffing is EXTREMELY tight in some departments despite constant feedback that it’s needed. Very sad to see a company praised for being an amazing place to work absolutely crumble with the lack of path forward under current leadership. I hoped for more.
