      Pros

      Hours always available, busy restaurant working experience. Loyal staff that has been there for many years.

      Cons

      Loyal staff stick around but there’s not enough extra support during the busy season when hotel is slammed. Housekeeping can hardly keep up unfortunately.

      Pros

      Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

      Cons

      I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
