Pros
I received a lot of valuable experience through this job. Because the property was so large, there were many different factors and learning how they worked together was exciting. The employees seemed like they were always pretty thrilled with the benefits!
Cons
While upper management made attempts to recognize outstanding employees, it still felt like there was a gap and people didn't feel appreciated or valued.
