Pros
As in most sales jobs you have more freedom. They provide an intensive three week training off site that provides a good stepping stone. They are moving towards more of an ad agency model
Cons
They are followers in the industry, not leaders. They have expanded product offerings but too little and way too late. In most markets they are not the #1 print book used, in some cases by a long shot, and shrinking the book doesn't appear to have changed that much. Upper management is the white boys club although I believe most of the salesforce is composed of women. Just guessing that but it is sad nonetheless. This company has for years been about getting bigger and not better. You are but a number in a huge corporation that is about the bottom line. Your happiness, future success, like in all huge corporations depends on your local management. YB can be the best or the worst place on earth depending on the market and who they are.
