Pros
- Even though HiBob is going through a hyper growth, the culture is still really great. We're trying to create an European team instead of isolating London/Amsterdam and now also Berlin, which is really important. Everyone is super friendly, both the new employees but also the more tenured ones. - Everyone is invested into the long term goal of Ronni/Israel, which is also very important. We're all on the same journey and it's really exciting looking ahead where we're going as an organisation. - Bob as a platform is without a doubt the best HRIS on the market, no questions asked. We are quite a lot more expensive than the competition, but when we work within our ICP then it's almost always Bob that's the preferred provider.
Cons
I can't really think of any negatives, but if I have to choose something it would be that the OTE of AE's is a bit below market benchmark as I see it, compared to a lot of other organisations. However, what's unique with HiBob is that practically everyone reaches their target, and we even have individuals hitting +300% of their quota, which means the payout is fantastic. That said, I still think that the OTE could be higher (on average it should be about 5-6 times lower than your annual target - which is not the case at Bob). They've also increased the targets quite heavily for 2022 so we'll see how this year ends - it's still more than achievable but I don' think we'll see anyone reaching 300%.
