Terrible management - otherwise a great company to work for - Anonymous employee Hermès Employee Review

Awful management, lack of communication in every department, every employee at my location is miserable with their job / constant complaints daily throughout / management does not listen to their employees , takes advantage of them, much favoritism going on,. employees not treated fairly. Company does not spend $ in the right areas. Systems are ancient and so much manual work it is ridiculous. Such a shame to have such poor management because the company is really a great one.
