Pros

No pros all they have corns

Cons

Absolutely the worst workplace I've ever had the displeasure of working at. If you're considering applying here, I highly recommend you look elsewhere unless you enjoy constant stress, feeling like you're walking on thin ice, and dealing with toxic people every single day. First off, the management is a nightmare. Micro-managing is their specialty, and no task is ever good enough. Even if you get something done right, they’ll find a way to nitpick and make you feel like you’ve failed. It’s exhausting and demoralizing. There's no room for independent thought or creativity—just endless micromanagement and control. The corporate politics here are off the charts. People spend more time trying to climb over each other than actually doing meaningful work. If you're not in the "right" clique, forget about getting any recognition or advancement. Favoritism runs rampant, and you're constantly left out of key decisions that directly affect your work. It’s like a high school cafeteria all over again. The atmosphere is toxic. People are backstabbing, always watching their own backs, and there’s zero collaboration. It’s every person for themselves. If you're someone who values respect and teamwork, this is NOT the place for you. It's a soul-sucking environment where morale is non-existent. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. There’s no work-life balance, and you’re treated like a replaceable cog in a machine. Save yourself the trouble—there are plenty of other companies that actually value their employees and offer a supportive work environment.
