Working remotely with decent pay.
Cons
They have created a disrespectful and demeaning environment for nurses. Nurses are given scripts to read and there is little to no autonomy. Nurses are treated like call center employees. Leadership is completely unorganized and disconnected from nursing. Managers have very little oversight and often treat nurses like children! This job is high stress with a Toxic culture!!! In over 30 years of working in nursing, I was never treated this poorly.
