Pros
The buildings are new and the cafeteria is decent
Cons
I had a horrific experience and my career has been negativity impacted severely - the team is embarrassingly arrogant despite lacking in many ways, not diverse, makes biased assumptions without seeking diligence on facts, and is not open minded. The team spread discriminatory lies about me; no one cared to talk to me about it to find out the truth but happily spread the gossip among themselves. I was immediately assumed guilty. The leadership plays favorites and certain people are put on a pedestal despite being folks of extremely questionable character. Furthermore the leadership gossips to juniors, and the juniors spread the false statements to the next company I went to, where I was immediately discriminated against again, my role was taken away from me before I even started despite it being a simple, low level role that I intentionally took to recover from the traumatic experience at Hatch. I was then fired when I reported the discrimination as the investigation team uncovered the discrimination, uncovered how the gossip was untrue and had hurt my standing at the company, resulting in people at my new company losing their jobs, and then others retaliated against me to get me fired from my new company. Whatever you do, do not work for this company. It is a terrible company with poor ethics and integrity. The team is so insecure they do they spend time finding ways to hurt innocent people. Destroying careers is not beneath them - multiple people have left damaged and have had to leave the industry completely after facing the targeted, unsubstantiated, false attacks. Besides being arrogant and often just wrong in their analyses, the amount of made up lies, inconsistently in “facts” provided to clients, and data fabrication I observed was enough to make me question if this was a company I should grow my career at. The CEO is also not genuine. I did not find him to be a transparent or accountable person based on my interactions. Do not trust anyone at this company; your career will take a hit if you join and they will continue to actively hurt you years after you have left.
