Pros
I like that the management is approachable and always open to a conversation when it comes to tasks, working hours, private circumstances that may affect work. I have seen and experienced myself that everybody in the company gets the opportunity to learn, join different department if they want to. Management is interested to promote personal improvement individually and as a part of a team, taking time to evaluate which position would fit the employee best, what learning techniques would be most successful and so on.
Cons
No place for categorical personalities. Employees are held to high standards, you need to be willing to learn and most importantly - to re-learn. There have been situations where an employee leaves just because of their unwillingness to try to even look into (or allow the possibility of) a different opinion or different point of view. The most important thing that counts in this company is attitude. If you are looking for just a 9-5 job that you have no interest in, this is not the place for you. Ambitions are very much appreciated, but expect to be challenged.
