Office is Near to CP.. That's it.. HR in person is good!

Worst Management seen in my career, no vision for future, no product Development will,if you don't have any job and anyhow got job in this firm..I WILL SUGGEST PLS OPEN A SHOP RATHER JOINING HERE, if you are one min late half day Salary will be deducted, it have been almost a year and still waiting for fnf... Trying to reach HR since I left Company but no support in providing employee's final amount... Abusive environment, yelling like master slave era, you are bounded Labor and cannot have your vision to enhance by any sort, staff is OK but favoritism is at height as non experinced are at top management, if two employees are talking to one another.... Beware you are under Servaillance and next moment you can be booked... Negative Atmosphere... After some time one will feel suffocated... True taste of Toxic environment... Clients never wanted to do work and will never work untill you enhance your thinking ability...

1. Location at Cp ( As a result of which lot of female employee's and male employee get lured . 2. Really I cant even find a single PROS about this shop (It is a shop only)

1. The most pathetic management ever seen (Specially when the owner himself wears shirt with 4 buttons opened to showcase. 2. Only people with some real problem in their qualification can work here as there is no scope of growth or they have been hired by giving lot of money to actually wag our tails like dogs. 3. Management hires and fires at one go, Oops if you are a gud luking you might have chance to sustain minimum 6 months. 4. Timings :If you are a prisoner definitely a right place for you. they deduct your salary even at 9:01 AM you punch 5. Btw they don't give you extra pay as well if you stay back by 8 or 9 pm 6. Personal and professional life both will be screwed up in this company.
