      Yearly bonus around Christmas time, week of paid vacation, plenty of learning opportunities through the Hilton brand, experience opportunities in the hospitality industry, can be a flexible schedule, health care.

      Cons

      Jumbled schedule at times, micromanaging tendencies at times, low turn over rates in some areas so it can be hard to get promotions.

      Consistent hours, employee discount for hotel stays was a big bonus, owners and management was generally always on-call to assist with any problems.

      Cons

      Management was unable to resolve conflicts between staff, members of management caused a significant amount if drama and often created a hostile work environment.
