Friendly coworkers but poor management and unrealistic expectations - Part-time Merchandiser Hallmark Employee Review

The management was awful. Out of touch, unrealistic in their expectations and unwilling to accommodate the "flexible" schedule they advertised. Didn't give enough time to get stores serviced and were quick to criticize when a job was completely finished. Not great to have to leave jobs not completely to stay within the very minimal hours that were allotted each week.
