Hallmark interview questions

Process was much the same as most corporate employers these days; phone screen, hiring manager, panel and finally hiring manager's boss. They were relatively quick to move in terms of aligning calendars for each step.

Very thorough and comprehensive interview process. 1:1 phone screen then an in-person at Hallmark HQ in downtown Kansas City. Friendly and conversational interview with a tour of relevant employee spaces. Great background into the company and insight into the role.
