Where to start, long working hours with no OT, the job description says until 8pm but be expected to stay behind until 8.30pm. They expect you to work 6 days a week, 5 days in the description is non-existent. You might be called back to work on off days or sick leaves, it is like they do not know what rest is, sometimes working from 9 to 9. Work during public holidays as well, centre does not close at all. Can only take leaves during school holidays. Micromanagement, treat you like a kid, no cell phones can be used during working hours. They watch you like a hawk. Prioritise student over teacher's health. Of course they have career opportunities, turnover rate is high. It is a wonder how they still survive out there.
