      It used to be a great company for growth and making a difference.

      Cons

      After the Bain acquisition, the entire leadership team was replaced my Avanade leadership and their culture is micromanagement and incompetency disguised as 5 layers of management.

      Pros

      I have absolutely enjoyed my time here so far! My immediate colleagues are awesome (project team and practice). Project work has been challenging in a way that develop skills without being stressful. Resources are available to support project work and get involved in company initiatives.

      Cons

      Communication and HR could use some improvement. The benefits are not fantastic and sometimes result in confusion. It can be hard to get answers and some miscommunication during initial hiring processes.
