Non-climate control work environment, antique machines, no over-time, totally unorganized, wasteful company, fraudulent operation, They farm out 80% of the work to other shops, then milk out the rest. They get huge money from the Navy, more than they're worth. Employees don't get it, no overtime. You won't make any money here. Unless 65K to 75K is ok for you. Economy in the area is expensive. That money is good for an apartment or a trailer. They'll tell you anything to get you to sign on. $5K sign on, tax it away to nothing. They told me 60 hours a week. Lie. Lucky to see 40. Mostly standing around. After 3 weeks I left. I can't afford to live like this.
