      - office is generally young and outgoing with many happy hours during the summer - great employee stock benefits

      Cons

      - lack of leadership structure and senior engineer experience - Poor on boarding and no proper training - Management does not connect with staff engineers - Staff engineers are over worked due to shortage in designers and management's slow reaction during interview process - work share office and no local projects - work life balance only exists if you are a manager

      Pros

      Fantastic teamwork. The Coastal Group is very close and highly collaborative. There is a lot of support from upper management in the Coastal Group. Lots of projects lined up.

      Cons

      PTO and Sick Leave are tied together.

      Corporate woes will exist anywhere at large companies, nothing special about HDR.
