Cons

Too much work for one person, management and sales staff all feel the pressure, upper management are so out of touch of what works on store level, zero communication throughout the chain of command, all about support but when you ask for it your given excuses, I was told “overtime is the solution” when at the time I wasn’t paid for any overtime. There are too many cons to list. 10-12hr days and only paid for 8hrs, expected to flip one whole main floor in less than 3hrs. Perfection expected every single time even though the staff couldn’t maintain it due to how busy it was. Zero REAL recognition for any good or hard work done. Hard work is rewarded with more work and no pay rise. Good people taken advantage of.

Pros

Benefits even for part-timers is a huge win! Sick leave, vacation, and community days. Nice management and really friendly coworkers. Decent employee discount. Diverse and welcoming environment.

Cons

Very stressful work environment considering the low pay. Poorly managed and operated. They clearly try to run lean and do as much work with as few people as possible. Very unprofessional overall and a lot of greenwashing.
