      Pros

      Atmosphere and the people are nice. Salary is good compared to other similar positions in Spain. They offer most likely full time contract.

      Cons

      They fired about 20 people without any pre-avise. Even people who worked in the company for 10 years and people from manager positions. One day you might go to work and same day you are fired. The management don’t treat you with empathy. There is also very few career opportunities to grow. The company has many beautiful values but in action they don’t happen unfortunately.

      Pros

      Benefits even for part-timers is a huge win! Sick leave, vacation, and community days. Nice management and really friendly coworkers. Decent employee discount. Diverse and welcoming environment.

      Cons

      Very stressful work environment considering the low pay. Poorly managed and operated. They clearly try to run lean and do as much work with as few people as possible. Very unprofessional overall and a lot of greenwashing.
