flexible hours, possibility of working from home, possibility of working abroad for a limited period of time

Cons

Kidswear - All the managers and seniors I have met are native Swedes and all the juniors, interns, assistant are international. This is called slavery 2.0. where meetings include only seniors in order to be able to speak Swedish freely. Juniors (with master degree in all the main fashion university of the world) are used only to carry out the bulk of the work. few rare cases where this is different. No chance to do career.

Pros

Job had potential growth when company was in a healthy state, ability to move into different career paths internally, pay is competitive, discounts on clothes a plus

Cons

Company lacks ability to adapt and evolve with market which has resulted in poor sales, mass layoffs, constant restructuring of positions, putting people in positions with limitedexperience and setting them up for failure consistently, poor leadership, lack of accountability and ownership, bonus structure poor, work life balance non existent if you are in an operations role.
