Pros

Intense 3 month training process for managers with lots of exposure to every aspect of everyone’s job and responsibilities from sales advisor, stock, visual merchandiser, floor manager

Cons

It’s super fast pace. People who are supposed to be training you are being constantly pulled away from you. It’s a very petty and manipulative environment. Better play the game and play it well or you’re target no 1 and then you’re in hell. As the new person your opinion doesn’t matter and you better hope the more senior managers like you. My advice is to keep your head down and be super passive. Don’t argue even if you know what you say is valid. You can learn a lot there but the fake and manipulative mind games might destroy your soul - learn as much as you can especially regarding as to how much stress and pressure you can handle with a smile on your face and without complaining… worst store managers ever along with a completely useless HR department- no joke

Pros

Benefits even for part-timers is a huge win! Sick leave, vacation, and community days. Nice management and really friendly coworkers. Decent employee discount. Diverse and welcoming environment.

Cons

Very stressful work environment considering the low pay. Poorly managed and operated. They clearly try to run lean and do as much work with as few people as possible. Very unprofessional overall and a lot of greenwashing.
