      - You have full ownership of your accounts and projects, which allows growth. - There’s only 1 lead who’s highly supportive and competent. I’ve learned so much from him

      - Above strengths are not consistently observed across PH leaders. - There is a clear need to improve admin processes. - Tend to overcommit and underdeliver. - Out of 3, only 1 is competent and humble.

      You get to work with a lot of very cool talent

      Cons

      Micromanagement, we were on 3 calls everyday to discuss what we were doing. The company doesn't believe in WFH structures so you are constantly being watched. They want you to communicate through an app called DingTalk which can track your location whenever you log in You are expected to work 60-80 hours a week
