Toxic leadership culture driven from the top

Pros

The company has regional exposure and employees who work hard.

Cons

The biggest problem is leadership, particularly at the top. The culture appears to be shaped by management style that comes across as reactive, disrespectful, and inconsistent, supported by an inner circle that reinforces the same behavior. Rather than creating a healthy, professional environment, this dynamic often fosters fear, favoritism, public undermining, and one-sided accountability. Teams are expected to absorb unreasonable pressure while receiving limited direction, support, and psychological safety. Instead of encouraging professionalism and honest feedback, the system often seems to reward compliance, silence, and blind loyalty to personalities over competence. And it is true that at one point employees were forced to write good reviews. Browse and it is easy to find out when it was.

not great to work

Pros

work was hybrid, better salary package compared to other companies

Cons

the company does not feel established in the industry in claims to be at all. constantly overworked, yet never appreciated. like the other reviews say, the woman ceo is foul-mouthed and unprofessional. there is a lot of power-tripping among managers too. work is so chaotic because management can't communicate with each other and with their employees. it is hard to trust management because it is very obvious they do not care about people who work under them. do not trust the high rated reviews because employees were told to give the company high reviews on glassdoor. not to mention, the company is friends with a celebrity who is an alleged abuser.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience with the company left you feeling overworked and undervalued. As a growing organization, we continuously work on improving communication, processes, and the overall employee experience across teams. Feedback — including difficult feedback — is taken seriously and helps leadership identify areas where we can continue to improve. We also want to clarify that while employees may occasionally be encouraged to share their experiences voluntarily on platforms such as Glassdoor, participation has never been required. We appreciate your perspective and wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

Hybrid setup is decent. Okay place for fresh grads to start and learn.

Cons

There’s a clear bias toward promoting people based on age rather than actual capability. Just because someone’s older doesn’t mean they understand the work and it shows. Some of them mostly delegate, command and take credit but don’t really contribute in a meaningful way. A lot of times, it feels like performance is more about how u present yourself to upper management than what u actually do. Some leaders are good at talking and “looking important” but when it comes to supporting their team, they’re nowhere to be found. Iykyk There’s also a lack of trust and real support. Some people overhype their experience and connections in front of management but in reality, they don’t share knowledge or help the team grow, they just leave u hanging. Another concern is the expectation to spend on yiur own on tools needed for work, framed as “self-investment” but with strong pressure to comply. That shouldn’t be normalized. On top of that decisions affecting employees don’t always seem to be based on clear KPIs or full context. Sometimes it feels like people are removed based on personal bias rather than actual performance.
