Pros
Casual dress code, good work life balance, flexitime, telecommute. Nice views of the river from London office.
Cons
It's true that every decision is made by the CEO, all the managers basically cannot decide anything without his backing. It leads to a very poisonous situation where everyone feels they have to keep their head down, and have no say in the direction of the business. Technology wise they are very static. You will eventually not be learning anything.
