Pros
-fast paced during peak season -clientele already built and continuously growing -great coworkers and good manager -great manager coaching -clean salon -awesome training (paid) -awesome products -store provided everything except shears, clippers and trimmers
Cons
-MUST be able to cut hair in under 15 minute average -MUST have 2.5+ cuts per hour -MUST have minimum 8% in products sales. If you can't do these things you will get written up, then fired if you don't improve fast enough -only went to education class once in the year I was there
