Pros
Good salary and benefits, somewhat progressive employee experience. ELT (Executive Leadership Team) do their best for the company, customers, and employees. Good product/service that was on the brink of a major expansion in usage before COVID-19. ELT held off on RIF for as long as practicable using temporary pay cuts and furloughs.
Cons
Major overall industry downturn due to COVID-19. The BA (Business Aviation) division of Gogo will recover more quickly than CA (Commercial Aviation). CA has been sold to INTELSAT in a vertical integration move that seems to offer little benefit to CA, but the influx of cash will makes things better for the ELT and employees remaining with BA. I am uncertain of the effect of the new ownership on the CA division.
