Pros
Some of the best teammates and some of the smartest people I have had the privilege to work with. Company has a great product and nice working facilities. Good benefits.
Cons
DTO "discretionary time off" is not what they say it is. Up to your manager to grant the time, then you are expected to work on your time off. Basically, you are "on call" 24/7 and it is expected that you are on call to work weekends. Management needs to keep their promises. Lots of good employees have left because of poor management.
