Very unfulfilling and deadend job - Anonymous employee GoPath Laboratories Employee Review

The lab constantly smells like Xylene and Formaldehyde, meaning staff are pretty much always exposed to health-altering chemicals (carcinogens). Almost none of the skills here are transferrable to other positions because all the equipment and protocols use an outdated system. This outdated system leads to overwork because the company and the manager are too cheap to upgrade anything modern. The manager is horrible—they barely do any work, almost never show up, and essentially use other supervisors to do their job for them. If you do decide to work here, try to find other jobs while employed.
