The whole process took about one week. I went in for one interview and sat down with the CEO and someone from HR. They are a small company so they care about who they hire and want to keep them on board long term.

Question 1
The interview was a conversation more than anything. They asked me to go through my resume and they asked me a few technical questions. You will not get asked any of the lame traditional interview questions, greatest strengths, tell me about a time. You know what I mean.
