Pros
- WLB. Many projects have little to virtually no work to do. So if you just want to sit around the entire day, go for GL! - Job Security. Nobody seems to give a flying duck about who's doing what. Nobody's expecting or complaining either. - Literally nothing else
Cons
- Incompetent colleagues. Not a place for young people to work because there's no learning culture at all. You are all by yourself. - Talent Dilution. (Many fake candidates hired recently) - Embarrassing appraisals. People getting 2.5% - 5% hike after 1.5 years (out of which 0.5 years was a delay) - You are most likely just going to waste your time in this organisation because they don't know or care about how to treat employees.
