Pros
- Some of the best people I've ever worked with - Great location and office - Great mid-level management in Toronto - Opportunity to take high level certification courses and training on company dime - Culture of promoting from within if you perform well - Great product and some of the best instructors in the industry - Great salary & commissions for those who perform exceptionally well - Great work does not go unnoticed, culture of appreciating and praising top performers
Cons
- The company is bleeding talent, more than 100 people either left or got let go in the last 12 months - The company is consolidating roles across their NA workforce and aggressively exporting work to their partners in India - Lots of pressure from top management to make good on forecasts moving forward - Top management decisions are made with zero input from mid-level management or front line reps - Drastic changes are frequently communicated last minute with implementation efforts falling onto mid-level management and front line reps with no regard towards customer experience or satisfaction - Aging company infrastructure with some processes that can be a nightmare to deal with, which again in some cases negatively impacts customer experience - CEO goes missing for months on end, leaving the impression that the company is run by COO
