Pros

Great company to work with. Very flexible with vacation and personal days. You get to learn a lot about the IT training courses that are currently available which will stand to you in future roles. You are given lots of help and guidance from manager and staff.

Cons

CRM system is not the most streamlined. Not much opportunity to progress.

Pros

The people that decide to stay are good to work with. They are good employees and do a lot to support each other. The people below manager raking are helpful.

Cons

Fading industry and the management team are clue free. Old white men that think the world is theirs. Just look at the website to see the entitled stares coming back at you.

Pros

The people - it used to be the only thing we could say was a pro but now there are only about 10-15 of us remaining so it is skewing my placement of this "pro."

Cons

I am going to give you an honest review like the others that have preceded this one. Here are a few things that could not be overstated. -The CEO and COO are incompetent. I have not once heard/seen an implementation that made any sense or has worked. Yet however they are ghosts who you never see. If you do see them hide as quick as you can in fear of having a conversation with someone who has no idea what they even do. -Suck up/move up - there are 4 managers now. I think there were 8 or 9 in the beginning. Two were everyday sales reps like me when I started. Another one has no idea what we sell yet runs our India team and is the only manager to ever be hired outside. I mention this because she has no idea what she is doing yet continues to get promoted because of her "loyalty." Lastly, the final manager returned due to a “great opportunity” after quitting 7 years ago and working for small competitors for 6-12 months at a time. It makes sense that the person who hired her, a VP now, was once a sales rep with us also and a great friend of hers. -Collections-go ahead and read our Moody’s report and it will tell you all you need to know. Without a cash infusion from Rhone we couldn’t afford a lunch for the company let alone pay our vendors. GK India has now taken over our collections, they cannot even figure out who to contact to collect payment. Seriously, they ask us reps everyday who to contact with the PO PDF attached in several different places. -Promotions, forget it. Unless you took over a territory that was misappropriated last year and hit goal good luck getting a raise at all. The only pay change you can get here is a demotion. -Lastly and most importantly, they DO NOT CARE if you get paid on what you sold or not. In the time I have worked here there has not been one month I have not had to submit a commission inquiry. To do this you fill out an excel spreadsheet and submit it to a barely monitored email inbox, really streamlined, and pray to god your check looks good with the remaining 4 days left from when they sent it before you get paid. As the others have said we are fathers, mothers, sons, daughters who deserve to be appreciated and paid for what we do. Until you figure that out then you will continue to see 3-5 sales reps leave per week. Congrats on all your Director/VP promotions as well. About 75% of your sales floor has degrees in the fields you are promoting yet you give them to people who barely graduated high school. If you are reading this, please click the back button on your browser and forget you read it. None of us are making this up, it is a reality now. Unless you live in India then please click apply. P.S. the sales engineer who wrote "I Love My Job" is the guy who takes 2 weeks to reply to your simple questions.
