We know it can be difficult to meet sales deadlines and work under pressure at times. Please know that your manager and your Human Resource Business Partner are always available as a resource if you need assistance navigating any difficulties you may come across.
We also appreciate that while the hybrid/remote work model provides a lot of flexibility for employees, it can be difficult to create relationships with peers. To help combat this, we have a Donut Slack channel where you are randomly paired with another employee for a conversational meeting to get to know one another! We also have Employee Resource Groups to help employees meet others who come from the same background. In addition, our Global Morale Committee, as well as our local office morale committees, work hard to plan events to promote connection among co-workers both in person and over Zoom.
