Thank you for posting feedback around your experience at Getty Images. We strive to promote a culture that drives work/life balance, collaboration, continuous growth and development, and offers a competitive total rewards package. It is great to hear that you are enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid work environment and are utilizing our healthcare benefits. It is discouraging that your viewpoint is that Getty Images does not promote from within, as we have two promotion cycles per year, along with formal quarterly check-ins and weekly employee/manager 1:1s. Between April and October 2021, we celebrated over 50+ employee promotions. If you have concerns around your role and opportunities for development, I encourage you to chat with your manager and your HR Business Partner. In addition, we launch pay equity analyses to ensure that employees are being paid fairly and to market. These are available on Mixer, our intranet site, and are in tandem with market reviews that the Compensation Team leads. If you have any further questions, please connect with your HR Business Partner or myself at carly.etzin@gettyimages.com. Thanks!

Pros

WFH, good overall culture. Good people.

Cons

Leadership has been slow to stay current and modern in the workplace. The business is straddled with debt from a pervious investment company that had bought Getty and gutted it. Future is uncertain.
