It is discouraging that your viewpoint is that Getty Images does not promote from within, as we have two promotion cycles per year, along with formal quarterly check-ins and weekly employee/manager 1:1s. Between April and October 2021, we celebrated over 50+ employee promotions. If you have concerns around your role and opportunities for development, I encourage you to chat with your manager and your HR Business Partner. In addition, we launch pay equity analyses to ensure that employees are being paid fairly and to market.
